Pasta Testarossa

I picked some of the riper tomatoes off my plants tonight and sauteéd them with some garlic, onion, fresh basil, and a bit of chicken stock and served it over whole wheat rotini with fresh parmesan shavings. The bread is whole wheat Italian that I made a couple days ago. And as I’ve been doing recently with my pasta dishes, I just give it the nick name ‘pasta testarossa.’ You can figure it out.
