That’s Logistics.

I think it’s REALLY interesting that UPS is making a campaign out of LOGISTICS. Expect FedEx to follow suit with a sexy commercial about Cash vs. Accrual accounting methodology. But in all seriousness, UPS is really brilliant with this notion of reaching out to a customer’s desire for something that JUST WORKS. Logistics suggests that the have their act together relative to the competition. Smart.
