Handy Tips For Stubborn Stains

Regularly, I come across a shirt in my closet that has a couple of faint stains caused by a sloppily eaten apple. Those little drops of apple juice that dripped off my chin have oxidized and left the faintest brown stain on one of my favorite shirts.
Unfortunately, the shirt has been in the dryer, which sets the stain. Thankfully, I came across a great document, "Quick 'n Easy Stain Removal" published the University of Illinois Extension College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences.
Now, we'll see if I can logically and scientifically approach this stain and redeem my favorite shirt!
